Krokbragd, Norwegian for crooked path... just what these little colour vignettes are...crooked paths!

This one day workshop will help you to understand how to create these little paths on your own. . It is a weft faced weave with a tight weave on the face, and floats on the back. A multitude of design possibilities are available to the weaver by varying the placement of the weft colours.

Equipment: Participants are encouraged to bring their own 4 shaft table loom. There are a number of 4 shaft table looms available to rent at the studio, if you do not have access to a table loom but would like to participate in the workshop. Contact Cheryl to book a loom ($20 rent as I will have to dress your loom!)

Prerequisite: Beginning weaving or equivalent, be able to pre-warp your loom as instructed for this workshop.
