This wonderful handwoven rag rug is a combination of many leftover cottons from previous rag rug workshop participants. Strips have been sewn together at random and then handwoven in no particular order to give this a genuine "old timey" feel.

This rug is approx. 36" x 63" plus a generous 3" hand-twisted fringe at each end. You may not know this but, these handwoven rag rugs should never hit the washing machine!!! Beat with a broom, lay out in the rain or on a snowy day - or role play Lucille Ball and roll up your pants and stomp on the rug in a bathtub of warm water and Dawn dish soap, like you are making wine!!
